As a Delivery Manager Vice President in HR Vendor Management, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced delivery manager to lead and oversee our third-party vendor relationships and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vendor management, project management, and operations, with a passion for process optimization and data-driven solutions.

You will be responsible for managing vendor activities from negotiations through onboarding, steady-state, and offboarding, ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners.

Job responsibilities:


* Vendor Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire vendor relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and supplier development.

Manage contract renewals to ensure continuity and compliance.


* Vendor Assessment and Compliance: Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring all vendor activities comply with company standards and policies.

Implement strong controls to maintain high compliance levels.


* Process Optimization: Ensure all processes related to Third-Party Oversight, Model Governance, Data Use, and AI/Machine Learning are followed.

Manage cost centers, purchase orders, and vendor payments to align with contractual agreements.


* Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Line of Business (LOB) leaders and executive stakeholders to align vendor activities with organizational goals.


* Performance and Risk Monitoring: Conduct regular vendor audits, KPI reporting, and performance evaluations.

Develop improvement plans and conduct bi-annual business reviews to ensure vendor performance meets expectations.


* Operational Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and improve service delivery, leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies.
