Assistant Sales Manager

Job responsibilities:


* Conduct quotation, tendering and order management for Electrical Distribution Products, Equipment and Solutions, Substation Automation Solutions and Smart Grid Solutions


* Drive customer satisfaction through customer intimacy and sales activities


* Support value proposition development through sales calls and sales visits


* Define technical offer specifications and influence project stakeholders to include our brands and specifications for tenders


* Input and update sales opportunities in the system platform regularly


* Provide technical support to system integrators and end users


* Meet or exceed the Orders and Sales KPIs

Qualifications

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines


* At least 8 years of sales experience in engineering field


* Proven track record of account development and management


* Candidates with technical knowledge and experience in Medium Voltage Switchgears and Substation Automation is preferred


* Strong customer-focus and proactive attitude, excellent Presentation and communication skills


* Good problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset


* Ability to conduct requirement analysis and propose solutions according to customer needs


* Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
