Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.
Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.
Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business or related field required.
Minimum of eight to ten years experience in Operations, Marketing, Financial Planning and Human Resources in a management role required.
Experience in all aspects of senior living communities, with independent and assisted living, Alzheimer's care, and skilled nursing care is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Frequent car travel requires the incumbent to possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Ability to work some evenings/weekends and travel frequently by air or car.
