Offer Manager – Advanced Meters and Power Quality Equipment

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000- $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced offer manager to oversee our portfolio of advanced metering and power quality equipment.

A successful candidate will be responsibility for driving market strategy, product launches, go-to-market enablement, price strategy, demand forecasting, and marketing promotions and communications on these offers.

This role requires an individual who can build strong relationships across various teams, including commercial, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership.

What will you do?


* Market Research & Strategy: Lead efforts in market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy in collaboration with R&D.


* Product Launches: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.


* Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with commercial teams and SIOP to build accurate demand forecasts in order to manage capacity expectations.


* Pricing Strategy: Formulate pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.


* Product Positioning: Ensure that products are positioned effectively in the market to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.


* Marketing Promotion & Communications: Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns and communications that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.


* Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
