Software Product Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What will you do?

As a key leader in our energy & sustainability software team, you will:


* Lead strategic migration initiatives, guiding enterprise customers through the transition from legacy platforms to next-generation energy management solutions-ensuring a seamless, value-driven, and customer-centric experience.


* Support hybrid innovation, identifying and implementing targeted enhancements that bring modern capabilities into legacy environments, enabling customers to benefit from innovation without requiring immediate full-scale migration.


* Shape and execute the product roadmap with a dual focus: enabling transformation readiness while ensuring continuity and performance across the enterprise application.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product design, sales, client management, and marketing to deliver scalable features and enhancements that support customers at every stage of their digital journey.


* Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies that support both migration and hybrid adoption paths, including tailored messaging, enablement programs, and adoption frameworks in partnership with sales and marketing.
