Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Finance ERP Process Integration Strategy Director.  This position is ideally located in Pennsylvania or New Jersey; however, location can be flexible.  If not based in PA / NJ, the candidate will need to work primarily Eastern Standard Time or European Standard Hours and will need to be able to travel to New Brunswick as needed.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Global Finance ERP Process Integration Strategy Director will be responsible for coordination and orchestration of new S4 Finance transaction and close processes, and deployment of those Standard processes in partnership with the deployment teams.

This role is part of the Global Finance ERP Strategy & Operations team under the SigniFi Program.

SigniFi is our Finance Transformation program, and this person will have a leadership role in that transformation.

As a Process Integration lead in our S4 environment they will work across TransAct / CFIN, EP&A, and GPO teams to ensure that we have an integrated end to end approach, creating all process documentation necessary, as we continue to advance our close capabilities leveraging SAP S4 Finance.


* They will be responsible for deploying processes within the scope of TransAct; identifying and creating documentation necessary to train and deploy to the teams that will execute those processes in S4 finance.
