What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and treat patients with physical and/or cognitive impairments


* Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans


* Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team


* Monitor progress and adjust treatments to maximize outcomes


* Maintain clear, professional documentation

What You Bring:


* Active Arizona Physical Therapy license (or license-eligible)


* Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
