Your Role


* Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning challenges.


* Deliver therapy, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive devices.


* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the healthcare team.


* Provide counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers.


* Document care and outcomes in line with regulatory and clinical standards.

What You Need


* Arizona Occupational Therapist license.


* Passion for improving patients' quality of life-new grads welcome!
