Job Responsibilities:


* Design and implement new investment strategies across all asset classes for the US market

* Stay informed on investment themes and academic research in the quantitative investment space


* Partner with regional structuring teams to market content and originate trades for US clients


* Transform concepts into tradable products, balancing requirements from various stakeholders


* Support the execution of transactions linked to our indices

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Extensive experience in product design and origination of quantitative investment strategy trades for US clients


* Proven track record of success with US clients


* Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills


* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science
