Key Account Specialist - Japanese Speaking

We are looking for Key Account Specialist, Thailand to join our DHL Global Forwarding team!

Position:                     Key Account Specialist - Japanese Customer

Reports to:                 Head of Sales and Marketing

                                                                       

Key Tasks: -



* Executes global/regional sector strategy on country level (as aligned with global sector structure).


* Manage relationship with Japanese customers majority Sector: Automotive, Computer Components & parts, and Equipment & parts.


* Target Japanese Customers both Farming and Hunting new Customers.


* Location in EEC area, Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao and Industrial Estates.


* Wins, retains and develops Strategic Customers.

Qualifications Requirements: -



* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.


* At least 5-10 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.


* Good understanding of sector issues in the global forwarding industry and knowledge of DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business models; customer experience.


* Customer management experience.


* Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships.


* Well-developed communication and presentation skills.


* Must communicate in Japanese (Native)


* Communication in English (Fluent).
