For this position to be successful, the incumbent should have:


* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role that shows progressive accountability within a manufacturing environment.


* Demonstrated proficiency in ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office


* Experience with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.


* Understanding of financials (P&L and Balance Sheet).


* Proven interpersonal skills to motivate and influence others, including those not under their direct supervision.


* Demonstrated ability of problem solving, systems thinking, project management, and team building.


* Position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S.

person status.

Preferred Qualifications

For this position to be successful, preference is given to candidates with:


* Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.


* Proficiency in Oracle ERP.
