John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking to add a Product Configuration Leader.

This role is based in Tulsa, OK.

This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be a Principled Entrepreneur™ who is able to lead both people and strategic initiatives, adapt to a changing environment, and overcome obstacles to achieve a strategic vision.

What You Will Do


* Lead transformation initiatives from within the Engineering & Design department.


* Develop frameworks to standardize product configurations across our offerings.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance productivity.


* Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems for effective product lifecycle management.


* Own the Engineering data strategy and how it will be incorporated into the broader organizational objectives.


* Conduct statistical and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product development and manufacturing processes.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements (Basic Qualifications):


* Proven ability to lead and implement Engineering transformations


* Experience in product design and/or Design Engineering Management.


* Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.


* Proven experience in product platform configuration and modularity.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.


* Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).


* Experience with change management processes and tools.


* Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis and process optimization techniques.


* Extensive experience with standards development and configuration management.


* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


* Proficient in statistical analysis tools and methodologies.

(PowerBI, Excel, Pivot Tables, etc)
