A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires and interns


* Supporting in employee engagement initiatives and hotel-wide activities


* Preparing and organizing IHG Academy internship placements and trainings


* Helping in content creation for HR communications and internal channels


* Managing HR documentation and filing systems.


* Collaborating with departments to enhance colleague experience

What we need from you


* Business Administration or HR student (or any related field)


* Must speak fluent English 


* Other languages may be preferred


* Proficient in Microsoft Office


* Strong presentation & communication skills


* Creative with content creation & social media


* Positive attitude and a growth mindset


* Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player


* Passionate about people and employee experience
