Permanent - Customer Experience Executive - Dubai Mall

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



* Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party


* Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers


* Assists in the opening and closing of the store which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits


* Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
Manage the daily till (Cash/Deposit) and till procedures.
Handle goods and deliver them to the clients.


* Optimize greeting (Greetings/Department at the end of the sales transaction)


* Effectively train and direct the activities of cashier assigned to the front end and set the standard for customer service.
Provide on the job training to the junior cashiers


* Accepts cash, cheques, wire transfers or credit cards for payment and completes cheque and credit card transactions according to established procedures and guidelines


* Ensure register/counter areas are neat and stocked with necessary supplies


* Identify prices of goods using memory or scanner


* Enter transactions in the cash register and provide customers with the total bill


* Sort and count currency and coins


* Issue receipts and change to customers


* Count money at the end and beginning of each shift


* Process credit card and check payments


* Perform the duties of customer service representative when required


* Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and marking prices


* Open and close tills

* Excellent oral and written communication skills


* Detail oriented and highly observant


* Ability to multitask


* Possesses strong mathematical skills


* Cash handling experience preferred


* Proven good customer service background


* Professional behavior
