With the explosive growth of pickleball, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Pickleball Professional to lead our program and take it to new heights

In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class and memorable services to our members through expertise both on and off the pickleball courts.

Ensuring that we exceed the membership needs by having well-planned and well-run events, lessons, reservations, and provide information, merchandise and services that exceed their expectations.

Coordinate all facets of the pickleball program and assist in any way that best serves our members and teammates at Desert Mountain.

The ideal candidate will be highly engaging, outgoing, energetic, team player, and have a can-do spirit. Must have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, and the availability to work year-round. Pickleball teaching and programming experience required. High-end resort/country club experience, preferred. 


* PPR and/or RSPA certification required.


* Must have a valid Driver’s License.
