Senior Quality Analyst

LI-Hybrid High level responsibilities:
PROCESS INVENTORY & DOCUMENTATION


* Inventory the processes, documents, tools & templates


* Document the processes and develop templates with inputs from SMEs


* Ensure the documents meet all the required quality standards


* Maintain the QMS documents and publish required information on Commercial Portal

PROCESS CHANGE MGMT


* Collate the End user feedback and facilitate Change request prep


* Facilitate the review and approval of Process changes/ updates and maintain the version control of documents

QMS TRAINING, ENABLEMENT & ADOPTION


* Conduct QMS session for new joiners


* Be thinking partner for Process Mgmt SME


* Publish User analytics and drive adoption

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT


* Drive focussed process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Design thinking and equivalent approaches


* Maintain portfolio of projects

Qualifications

Experience


* 5- 8 years of experience in implementing Quality standards such as ISO 9001, CMM or other models and Process Maturity frameworks


* At least 2-3 years in an Operational role (preferably commercial domain)


* Certified PMP/ Six Sigma Green Belt/ Auditor will be preferred


* Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast-paced environment.


* Excellent listening and analytical skills.


* Self-directed, organized and project a professional image.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail


* Good customer service and motivational skills


* Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and concurrent projects


* Willing to work in Cavite with flexible working hours to properly engage stakeholders from all time zones.


* Services Sales background is mandatory
