Little Crown Pediatric Dentistry in South Pasadena, CA is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team! If you love working with children, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating a warm and welcoming space for families, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk in.

We're seeking someone who is bubbly, social, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy pediatric dental office.

You'll manage front office duties, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service to ensure every visit runs smoothly.

Location:
1427 Mission St, South Pasadena, CA 91030

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1-2 Saturdays per month | 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What We're Looking For:
Preferred:

Bilingual (Spanish)

Front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

You Are:

Outgoing, warm, and great with kids

A strong communicator with excellent phone and people skills

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

A team player who loves to bring positive energy to the office
