Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Associate Director, Advanced Insights Business Growth Innovation and Advocacy.

This role is open for applicants based in specified J&J locations in US, Switzerland and Belgium.
 

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for translating analytics and generating actionable insights from data with a high level of autonomy.

The incumbent will lead and manage analytics and data science projects within the Innovative Health and Global Development organization.

Utilizing strong technical expertise in the data science and analytics space, the individual will generate insights and provide data-driven solutions to meet business needs while collaborating with key stakeholders.

In addition to executing on strategy, this role will contribute to the definition and development of new initiatives, processes, standards, and operational plans that support organizational and business outcomes.

This position requires a proactive approach to project execution, while managing project deliverables, timelines and ensuring alignment with functional objectives.

This role will be accountable for mid to large-scale projects and actively participates in cross-functional initiatives.

Managing a number of projects, including those of moderate to high complexity, the individual will have significant influence over business unit outcomes.

Through strategic project execution and insights generation, the role will directly impact the overall productivity and generate operational efficiencies of the organization, driving growth and innovation.
