Overview
The D&C Project Coordinator provides support to Project Management team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate firm and project related meetings as necessary.
* Coordinate firm and project related travel as necessary.
* Assist team with drafting, editing and distribution of project status reports .
* Assist team with follow up and review of deliverables by others (various project consultants).
* Assist with project filing and project archive management.
* Assist in development of project specific source documents (scope, schedule and budgetary) for use in project execution.
* Assist with the drafting, review and issuance of contracts, change orders, purchase orders utilizing boilerplate templates and follow up on required signatures .
* Prepare documentation for analysis and review of specific issues.
* Document project meetings, issuing agendas and minutes to project teams, as requested by project lead s .
* Develop and complete project specific tasks as assigned to meet or exceed the expectations of the client and fulfill our contractual obligations .
* Proactively assist senior management with project consultant proposals and subsequent interviews .
* Compile, review and/or approve travel and reimbursable expenses submitted by Ground LVL employees and consultants.
* Drafting of Ground LVL service proposals and routing as required .
* Assist with drafting and distribution of Requests for Proposals and Requests for Qualifications for project consultants and contractors .
* Assist with the project close out process to a successful completion.
* Promote the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
* Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of administrative experience.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to produce high quality reports in a timely manner.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills are required .
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Managing processes and promoting process improvement.
* Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
* Basic budgeting and accounting skills.
* Problem-solving and decision making.
* Proactivity and self-direction.
Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annually
