As the Manager, Field Operations, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, tracking and evaluating Dedicated Delivery Services (DDS) Carrier performance to Key Performing Indicators (KPS) metrics.

You will be responsible for leading, creating, and executing DDS Carrier’s Management to establish countermeasures and improvement plans.

Travel Required: 25% travel required to Canada, Mexico, and within the United States for customer problem-solving.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


* Monitor, track and evaluate Dedicated Delivery Services (DDS) Carrier performance to Key


* Performing Indicators (KPS) metrics.


* Responsible for leading, creating, and executing DDS Carrier’s Management to establish countermeasures and improvement plans.


* Continuous follow up with carrier regarding counter measures made, training of carrier and monitoring of carrier.


* Lead value stream mapping activities to create DDS process flow diagrams.


* Perform process audits and leads various career performance reviews.


* Travel Required: 25% travel required to Canada, Mexico, and within the United States for customer problem-solving.

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in logistics, transportation, supply chain, business management, business administration, or closely related field.


* Requires three (3) years of experience as a Manager, Field Operations or related.


* Three (3) years post-bachelor’s progressive experience in all of the following:
+ ONE Network Software, XMS Software and PowerPoint deck creations.
+ Research, data mining, logistics network delivery model.
+ Working with lean tools 5s, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping.
