Consumer Engagement Associate

This position reports to North America Consumer Engagement & Business Solutions Leader, under the North America Consumer Care Center (NACCC) organization and is based in Summit, NJ.

Role reports to: Engagement and Business Solutions Leader

Location: Summit, NJ

Travel %: 10%

Pay: $60,000 - $96,600

What you will do

The Consumer Engagement Associate will support the U.S.

portfolio of brands under Essential Health category (Johnson's® Baby, Aveeno® Baby & Kids, Listerine® and others) and be responsible for:

Social Media


* Lead strategic oversight and credentials of social media platforms accounts to align with global governance and Sprinklr integration for compliant consumer engagement monitoring and moderation of paid and owned reach activations.


* Lead strategic connectivity with the NACCC and the Essential Health Brand Growth Social Influencer Brand Activation leads to ensure positive community engagement experiences through consistent projection of brand image, voice, and persona across all consumer-facing channels


* Ensure front-line NACCC Social Media Specialists are mentored and trained to ensure brand image, voice, and persona are projected effectively and consistently.

Consumer Experience Advocacy and NA Consumer Care Center (NACCC)


* Maintain strong connectivity to business, establishing solid understanding of brand priorities and audience reach plans including new product introductions (discontinuations), media, promotions, sampling/rating & review programs as well as changes to claims, packaging, and labeling.


* Lead/Maintain strategic connectivity with NACCC Brand Champion and Social Media Specialist pods to ensure brand equity and portfolio knowledge depth and breadth.


* Maintain expertise in direct consumer engagement including careful communication, customer concern, and compliance.
