Digital/Graphics Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will work with the Elanco Creative Services team, supporting US Farm Animal Health and Pet Health Brand and Customer Marketing teams to create new and update existing print and digital tactics.  This individual will be expected to:



* Perform web and digital design responsibilities including, but not limited to: 
+ Demonstrated ability to perform HTML and CSS coding
+ Designing, organizing and coordinating digital assets for email campaigns while using HTML templates and modifying HTML code within the layout.
+ Engaging with clients or management to discuss the needs, design, and functionality of a webpage or interface
+ Creating and maintaining the look and feel of a website with regards to photos color front type and size of graphics and layout
+ Creating, managing, and producing digital design solutions for a variety of uses websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, internal newsletters, and printed materials.
+ Integrating graphics, audio, and video into the website
+ Working with other team members to determine what information the site will contain.



* Develop and execute graphics design responsibilities including, but not limited to:
+ Designing and develop graphics for various marketing pieces for print, email and websites that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience.
+ Collaborating closely with writers/proposal coordinators to transform content into visual graphics
+ Using current and future design trends while adhering to fundamental design principles, keeping up with the latest software and computer technologies
+ Designing layouts incorporating text, iconography, images, etc., to help deliver a desired message
+ Designing a wide variety of digital and print materials allowed under the brand standards and protocols for internal and external use
