In this role, you will:


* Provide high-level Quality leadership for assigned business unit(s) or segments.


* Serve as a key quality contact in the development and on-going support of quality programs and initiatives in assigned business units, including change controls, specification review and approvals, start-up protocols or validation support.


* Be responsible for project support and routinely checking for compliance with Kimberly-Clark standards and regulatory requirements.


* Provide Quality and Technical support to North America Adult Feminine Care manufacturing facilities as a primary point of escalation for non-conformances, start-up protocols, investigations and projects.


* Provide training and guidance to cross-functional business partners and other team members.
