• Bachelor's degree in EHS related discipline, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5 years of experience in EHS applied function, including environmental compliance, sustainability, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of both Safety and Environmental regulations and standards.
• Experience conducting audits and managing regulatory reporting.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, ISO 14001, CHMM, CES,..) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate settings.
• Familiarity with Incident Management Systems, compliance calendar, environmental management systems (EMS) and sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.Position Overview:
The EHS BU Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's Environmental, Health & Safety programs and compliance strategies.
This role ensures that the company meets both internal standards and external regulatory parameters, as well as promote prevention and sustainability initiatives across operations.
