Product Delivery Associate, Identity and Access Management

As a Product Delivery Associate in Identity Governance and Administration, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles.

Job responsibilities


* Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies


* Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability


* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines


* Manages continuously shifting business priorities and resolve conflict with commitments


* Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps


* Works closely with business and development teams to review enhancement requests for commercial value and convey the product vision to the team


* Cultivates trust through personal and team relationships with a range of product owners, engineers, and customers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area


* Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams


* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure


* Clear communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely


* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-oriented


* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes


* Interest in Identity and Access Management controls


* Basic knowledge of data analysis and SQL
