Building Automation and Security Project Manager
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $99,000-140,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager
This position is typically held by an individual that has at least 6-8 years' experience as a Project Engineer, or combined years of system application engineering or technician experience.
This position plans, directs and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with all company and site safety requirements, accomplished on time, implemented at or below the estimated cost, and billed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of the project.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
* Accountable for financial management on all assigned projects
* Prepares installation subcontractor bidding documents, descopes and negotiates subcontracts, and manages schedule, change orders, and billings
* Responsible for all customer facing communication
* Responsibility for safety and wellbeing of employees and subcontractors on projects, inclusive of creation of site safety plans, site audits, PPE provision, and toolbox talks and adherence to jobsite requirements
* Manages resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements
* Generates a Project Execution Plan for approval by leadership when required, and executes project in compliance with contract documents, project estimate, and approved execution plan
