Summary - basic function of the role

This role is responsible for driving HSSE programs within our US Manufacturing team and falls within the Americas HSSE Organizational Structure, reporting into the Regional HSSE Manager - Americas.

This is a unique opportunity for an HSSE professional with a broad scope of experience to roll up their sleeves and make an impact on the lives of our employees.

As you grow within this role, you'll take on daily leadership of our HSSE programs, advising business leaders and driving injury & illness prevention programs for our facilities.

You should be able to laterally influence your peers and colleagues, and be able to build strong relationships from the get go.

Additionally, you should be comfortable working with a team that is globally situated, utilizing teleconferencing platforms to collaborate and communicate.

You should have experience developing HSSE policies/programs and rolling them out.

This role requires someone who is a self starter and as such, you should be able to walk out into a shop environment, find areas in need of improvement, and work with your colleagues to problem solve solutions.

You will be responsible for owning our safety programs at our two assembly and machining facilities in Wisconsin (Columbus & Antigo).
