Your Next Career Opportunity – Account Executive I

Work with clients to negotiate lease terms on behalf of SBA and ensure the lease process and related documents are accurate and timely.

What you will Do – Primary Responsibilities


* Manage leasing process from application through agreement execution while ensuring timely processing of all leasing related inquiries.


* Analyze equipment specifications and site plans from prospective tenants and review with Site Management/RSM.


* Follow up with Site Management/RSM for approval and placement of equipment at the site and on the tower.


* Provide Leasing Manager and/or EVP with a rent analysis based on site specific conditions, market intelligence, comps, and required equipment space/mounting heights for rent calculation and approval.


* Provide all negotiated lease terms and conditions to Leasing Manager for lease or amendment production.


* Review and approve lease agreements or amendments prior to submission to prospective tenants.


* Field lease inquiries relevant to SBA towers in specified sales territory.


* Provide regular updates and reporting to Manager & others.


* Review structural analysis to make sure equipment is accurate.


* Run variance reports and prepare variance amendments as needed.


* Run report to identify expired/expiring leases and prepare renewals.


* Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements


* Must be Bilingual – English & Spanish. 


* Associate's Degree in related field of study and 3-5 years relevant experience.


* H.S.

Diploma/GED and 5-10 years relevant experience.
