Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, the Administrative Director is an agent of change who oversees the overall clinical quality and operations for the Department of Behavioral Health our South End location, which includes the Integrated Behavioral health, Outpatient therapy, School-based services, specialty, and Telehealth delivered to ages 6+ at all practice locations.

The Administrative Director has direct supervisory oversight of NeighborHealth’s South End Behavioral Health services and for the Center of Excellence training team, including the Program Director.

This role focuses on enhancing service delivery, workforce development, quality improvement, positive culture, and regulatory compliance.

This role involves identifying business development opportunities, providing leadership to clinical and administrative teams, managing budgets, and fostering partnerships with community organizations to improve patient care and access to services.

1.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

2.Assist in implementing and evaluating medical standards, updating protocols, policies, procedures, and patient education materials in collaboration with the Medical Director(s).

3.Facilitates in collaboration with the BH Leadership Team EPIC support, training and assistance to BH team and functions as the liaison to the IT Epic training team as indicated.

4.In collaboration with the BH Medical Director, designs and implements the BHC and Psychiatric provider orientation and training program for both sites.

5.Actively participates in emergency management, regulatory compliance and patient safety programs as a content expert along with other BH leaders for behavioral health-related issues.
