Manager, Compliance Audit

Cottage Health seeks a Manager, Compliance Audit responsible for assisting with implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive healthcare compliance program that includes policy development, monitoring/auditing, reporting, and followup/investigations.

Assists the CCO in identifying healthcare compliance risks, controls, and new developments in healthcare related compliance laws and regulations.

Reports to the Director of Corporate Compliance and CCO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Education:


* Minimum: Bachelor's Degree; Healthcare administration or other healthcare-related field.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:


* Minimum: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) - Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).

Years of Related Work Experience:


* Minimum: 3 years of experience in medical coding, auditing, healthcare claims, or related compliance experience.


* Preferred: 5 years demonstrated experience in healthcare compliance.
