What You Will Do


* Maintenance, and preventive maintenance, on a variety of instruments including but not limited to various flow types: D/P, mass, volumetric, various level types: pressure, temperature both RTD and TC and vibration as well as variable frequency drives, electric motors, motor control centers and mechanical relay services


* Adjustments, repairs and installation of new services on: electrical, electronic, mechanical, Pneumatic systems, and systems used in indication, and record process condition


* Perform predictive precision maintenance to identify and correct mechanical/electrical/instrumentational defects before equipment fails.


* Verification and validation of Yokogawa Control Systems; Safety Instrument Systems (SIS), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).


* Manage daily maintenance work-flow activities utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Valve link and Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI).


* Experiment with new technologies, systems/solutions, and workflows to challenge the status-quo, expand the knowledge of fleet and team, and provide optionality to the process.


* Improve, develop, and implement maintenance process improvements and efficiencies.


* Improve and maintain wireless indication instruments, infrastructure, workflows & processes.


* Anticipated travel up to 10% for trainings, collaboration, and support of other sites.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience in using computers and tablets for various tasks


* Experience in handling and operating hand tools
