Koch Engineered Solutions in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to transform our Trade Finance function and support a diverse range of Treasury activities on a global scale.

Our Team

Koch Engineered Solutions' Treasury team is dedicated to optimizing cash management, banking structures, and trade finance.

Collaborating with regional Koch Treasury members, we engage across various capabilities and recently centralized trade finance from Europe to the U.S., striving to define excellence in this domain.

What You Will Do

Partner with Business Units:



* Optimize Trade Finance structures to achieve KES vision.


* Develop and deliver on strategies to drive value by eliminating waste, enhancing fee structures, and optimizing security instrument usage.

Engage with External 3 rd Parties:



* Understand and profitably use Trade Finance technology platforms.


* Negotiate terms for Security Instruments such as Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.

Cross-Functional Partnership:



* Build trusted partnerships within KES and externally.


* Enhance global liquidity through cash forecasting to drive a competitive advantage for KES.


* Ensure timely issuance of security instruments to meet business needs.

Reporting and Analysis:



* Provide concise and insightful commentary to improve business outcomes.


* Provide transparency to drive ownership and accountability and improve speed and quality of decisions.


* Develop and implement efficient frameworks and procedures.

Process Excellence and Transformation:



* Understand and profitably implement key benchmarks and best practices.


* Develop, implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures.


* Promote a culture of experimentation that continuously and quickly closes gaps

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience in Commercial, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or related fields.


* Experience collaborating with and influencing multi-functional teams.


* Experience in process improvement and solution implementation using new technologies.

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience in international organizations with Treasury exposure.


* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.


* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).


* Commercial contract and negotiation experience.
