What do you get to do in this position?


* Provide technical application support for the CRM tool (built on Salesforce framework) to internal and external users.


* Deliver information to improve and enhance customer experience.


* Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles.

This job might be for you if:


* Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.


* English - Advanced


* 1-2 years of software customer experience, Service Now is a plus.


* Experience with ERP, CRM, ECM is a plus


* Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is a plus


* Excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams.


* Exhibit excellent problem solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and proficiency in a multitude of software platforms.


* Adaptability to process changes.


* Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge.


* Desired: experience in working with Salesforce.
