Product Management Director - Affluent Growth

As a Vice President on the Affluent Banking General Management team, you will be responsible for driving growth within our affluent business, focusing on leads, assignments, cross-channel journeys, and wealth management deepening.
Your strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach will be key in accelerating growth and enhancing client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
* Optimize the affluent leads strategy across sales channels to drive growth for CPC and JPMPC, in partnership with sales strategy and data & analytics leads in each channel
* Inform the client assignment strategy across sales channels to ensure a seamless client/banker experience and deepen relationships, collaborating with sales strategy and data & analytics leads
* Drive cross-channel journey discussions to reduce friction and guide clients to channels that best meet their needs
* Identify opportunities to accelerate wealth management deepening in partnership with Wealth Management and sales channel partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client and banker experiences that drive growth
* Monitor and assess the impact of growth initiatives on business performance
* Lead ad hoc strategic initiatives to drive growth and deliver seamless banker and client experience across products, sales channels and line of businesses as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in product or sales strategy within the financial services industry
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a retail banking environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
* Ability to effectively problem-solve in partnership with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with strong thought leadership and relationship management skills
* Ability to navigate ambiguity, deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing conditions
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* MBA degree preferred
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
