Quotation & DCX Leader

* Oversee the management and optimization of digital tools and applications to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction (mySchneider, OTF/BAF, Website, Product Selector, Google Search And Analytics, E3 Platform,...)


* Provide and execute full animation plan by channel for the different Digital Touch Points inclusive of Developing content in mySchneider in a customized mode by channel and sub channel type depending on the program level and Badge in full collaboration with the global team, Webinar Calendar, SM Campaigns to increase traffic through different touch Points


* Responsible for Quotation tool within the cluster "CPQ" E2E providing the needed support for the full sales population on daily basis to ensure better overall lead time to Quote and better user experience, Act as a SPOC with Global Quotation Team to communicate on regular basis the user`s feedback and the enhancements required for a better UX


* Conduct user experience research and testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure a seamless user journey.


* Develop and maintain user experience guidelines and best practices across digital platforms.


* Analyze user feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvement in digital tools and applications.

Qualifications



* 5+ years of experience.


* Bachelor's degree in management information system, business administration, or industrial engineering.


* English language proficiency required.


* Arabic language proficiency recommended.


* SE Business process knowledge


* mySE knowledge


* CPQ process and Tools knowlegde
