Financial Market Risk Analyst H/F

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

You are the ambassador of the profession of treasurer within the Group.

Your contacts are the treasurers of subsidiaries or zone treasurers, the CFOs, the management controllers and accountants of local entities, sometimes through shared service centers for their liquidity and foreign exchange issues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION



* Provide Group Treasury services (Boissiere Finance) to the subsidiaries that make up the Schneider Electric Group:


* Liquidity management: provide liquidity needs or place excess liquidity in a pooling/automation logic (manual cash pool or ZBA), definition of tools for forecasting and measuring cash generation for the entities concerned


* Foreign exchange risk management: train subsidiaries in the process of identifying risky positions, managing and monitoring hedges using dedicated tools


* Raw materials risk management: resume communication of monthly reports to the Back Office.

Dissemination of the Metal Value Report and the Hedging Result through a new channel to be defined and implemented.


* Execute market transactions on the following underlying: Liquidity, FX and commodities.


* As guarantor of the expertise of the profession of treasurer, he must constantly ensure the improvement of the skills of his contacts and ensure that all the Group's subsidiaries apply the market risk management policy (foreign exchange, commodities and Asset management) / in collaboration with International Financial controller.


* Training of subsidiary users in dedicated Group Treasury applications


* Automate and maintain existing automation process


* Maintaining a tool for analyzing the foreign exchange and liquidity positions of subsidiaries allowing:



* Detection of inconsistencies with user alerts (vs.

historical data)


* Implementation of forecasts at subsidiary / zone / group level


* Implementation of optimization strategies


* Administer exchange rate publications (average & closing, RF, TP Campaign, Offer quotes).

Documentation / Training of target users / maintenance of user repositories


* Participate in the animation of the T&T Community


* Maintain technological and regulatory monitoring to propose and implement process improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Master from engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree

First experience in international treasury or corporate banking (0-3 years experience)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Fluent English essential

Excellent knowledge of MS-Office ((Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Advanced programming concepts (HTML, JavaScript, python would be a plus)
