Role reports to: Senior Manager of Data Science and AI

Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving it's Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.

This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman.

Pay: $92,000.00 - $149,500.00

What you will do

The Senior Data Scientist (DTPO) is responsible for identifying technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes, researching and promoting technology solutions that enable business objectives, and collaborating with business users and project managers to define technical requirements, including the use of Graph Databases like Neo4j for enhanced data modeling and relationship mapping, as well as leveraging Data Science methodologies and Generative AI techniques to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the development and execution of Data Science and AI-based digital product strategies in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements to optimize data relationships and insights, as well as incorporating Data Science methodologies to drive predictive analytics and decision-making.


* Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.


* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including Graph Database applications (GraphRAG), Data Science advancements, and Generative AI, to identify new opportunities for innovation.


* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth in Generative AI and Data Science.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, experience designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the digital product.
