Position Summary

The Director, New Business Development collaborates with internal business partners to help shape, develop, and execute business strategies as well as external transactions and partnerships to drive growth and influence the direction of the business.

 The role leads projects with business partners across multiple specialties within Johnson & Johnson.  This role is responsible for business development efforts across Johnson & Johnson Vision (both Vision Care and Surgical Vision arms). 

The position reports to the Vice President, Business Development, Johnson & Johnson Vision.
