General Purpose of Job

This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including the intake of new projects, data entry, managing case files, file organization, processing no objection requests, handling subordinations, releasing easements, assisting the Land Rights Specialist II with daily operations and helping to address any immediate departmental needs.

The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and coordinating tasks across various teams.

Requirements

Education



* Minimum of High School Diploma or GED


* Preferred two (2) year associate degree in business administration, or related discipline (e.g., Land Use)

Experience



* Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in real estate, land rights, or relevant field.


* Preferred two (2) years of progressive experience in real estate, land rights, or relevant field with a relevant associate degree.


* Preferred previous experience in administration, case management, or other clerical role.

Education and/or experience Notes



* Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
