IT Resilience Intern

Key Responsibilities shall be:


* System Enhancements and Configuration/Release schedule maintenance which may include
+ Vendor relationship management
+ Change board coordination
+ End user communication and coordination


* Administrator of tooling Yammer community for tool related communication


* User training coordination and documentation; new user onboarding


* Aid in the development of standard operating procedures


* Reporting and delivery of KPIs related to DR to measure standard operating procedure and policy compliance


* Level 1/2 Support (incidents and work order management); including interacting with vendor support

Qualifications



* Currently studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, and graduating in December 2025 or later


* Advanced level of English, both spoken and written,


* Available to cover 30 hours per week.


* Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, html coding, and video or presentation software


* Language requirements: Fluent in English
