Job Purpose:
A key leadership role accountable for the development and implementation of an operational Management Information (MI) strategy.
The role also involves identifying and implementing best practices to drive improvement in the operation, fostering a culture of innovation, and conducting regular process reviews.
The role will lead Contract Performance input on DWP change requests and internal change project working groups, providing insights and feedback to integrate contract performance considerations.
The role will build and maintain strong relationships with key senior internal stakeholders, communicate effectively, and act as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
Salary - £45000 - £50000
Home based.
Closing date - 5pm on 3rd March.

What does the role entail?
1.
Operational MI Strategy Development:
• Lead the development and implementation of an operational Management Information (MI) strategy.
• Implement and lead the Operational MI working group that understands, prioritises and implements MI solutions that drive operational performance
• Ensure governance is in place to deliver a consistent and robust service across the operation with effective documentation and user guidance
• Manage the delivery of MI from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor user satisfaction and give assurance that MI solutions are being used effectively to improve performance

Internal Change Representation:
• Represent the contract performance team on various working groups with to ensure alignment to or effective transition from current practices.
• Provide insights and feedback to ensure contract performance considerations are integrated into project plans.
• Monitor the progress of change projects and their impact on behalf of contract performance, particularly once embedded.

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify, share, and implement best practices internally and externally, related to MI and processes that can drive operational improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the performance team.
• Conduct regular reviews of processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective, gaining stakeholder feedback where appropriate.
