ERP Transformation Senior Manager

We are seeking a passionate, experienced professional with a proven track record in managing and supporting Schneider Electric NAM Digital - Global Supply Chain and ERP (SAP) projects.

The ERP Transformation Senior Manager plays a pivotal role as a servant leader and coach for the NAM IT-ERP/GSC team, facilitating and guiding the work for all global supply chain domains.

This leader's major responsibilities include managing a portfolio of projects, change management, facilitating and enabling processes and execution, and driving relentless improvement.

Areas of Responsibility:


* Drive complex ERP Digital Transformation programs for our North American landscape.


* Drive ERP landscape simplification from legacy ERP's to SAP S/4 HANA.


* Develop and implement standard Program Management processes to ensure uniformity and consistency in execution.


* Identify and implement project management tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


* Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new project management processes and tools.


* Serve as a consultant, mentor, and advisor in the application of project management tools and methods.


* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the project management team.


* Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and resources


* Establish metrics to track the Program Management practices.


* Benchmark and continuously improve the PM processes, standards, and tools based on best practices and industry trends.


* Facilitate, mediate and/or arbitrate between and/or among Program Managers, Core Team members, Functional Managers, and Review team members regarding process optimization.


* Coach Program Managers, Core Team Members, Functional Managers, Leadership Team members, and Project Steering Committee on process competencies and execution.


* As needed, directly manage large, complex projects/programs.


* Help manage risks and dependencies.


* Escalate and track impediments.


* Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.

Experience Requirement:


* Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or related field.


* 10+ years' experience in large complex Digital environments, specifically ERP based solutions.


* Prior experience of leading minimum of Complex ERP (SAP) Transformation / Digital transformation program.


* Thorough understanding of the product development process and phase gate methodology.


* Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization including C-level executives and technical staff.


* Extensive experience in project and program management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.


* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
