We are looking for a Sales Manager for the northern and western part of Germany to join our international sales team of Eliwell by Schneider-Electric.

The HVAC & Refrigeration competence center within Schneider Electric develops and delivers controls and system solutions for commercial and light industrial applications worldwide.

Your IMPACT:

+ Secure and expand sales with existing OEM and channel customers
+ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
+ Identify and target new customers and applications, manage pipelines, and create sales funnels to meet order goals
+ Introduce new products and solutions to both existing and potential customers in your designated area
+ Collaborate with Sales and Pre-sales teams from other Schneider Electric entities to enhance cross-selling opportunities for your target customers
+ Gather insights on industry trends and customer needs to inform the development of future offerings

Your Profile:



*
+ A degree in a commercial or technical field
+ Proven experience in sales with a consultative selling approach
+ Strong technical knowledge in electronic controls, IoT solutions, or related fields
+ Experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry is an advantage
+ Fluency in both German and English
+ Willingness to travel regularly (50 - 75%) within Germany and internationally
