Within the Schneider Electric Industrial Automation unit, the Electronics Industrialization team focuses on supporting R&D teams in charge of designing our mechatronic products, from the prototype phase through to production.

We guarantee compliance with manufacturing rules (DFx) and ensure the analysis and definition of our production resources, we participate in the construction of our lines and their qualifications within our factories or in partnership with our subcontractors.

Reporting to Pascal, the Head of Electronics Industrialization Europe within the Industrial Automation Business Unit, you will serve as an expert, project manager, and representative of the plants in relation to the design centers.

You will define the needs of production systems in accordance with R&D requirements and specify the necessary tests to ensure a defined level of quality.

You will set up, validate, and oversee these systems through to series production.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to budgets, continuously improving production machinery and lines, optimizing testing resources, and staying updated on new technologies and potential innovations.

You will contribute to the development process by adhering to Agile methodology principles.

Additionally, resources must comply with cybersecurity and industrial IT requirements.

The integration of artificial intelligence and advanced data management will be crucial in developing future resources.

Your IMPACT:


* Collaborate with R&D to develop series production test specifications ensuring product quality, meeting cycle time, SPS production system (traceability, data collection, maintenance), and quality requirements (TFMEA, stability control, capabilities)


* Work closely with R&D teams to enhance product development early in the production process to achieve the desired quality level


* Oversee equipment implementation with supplier support: request for quotation, technical and financial selection, schedule follow-up, budget compliance, qualification phases, on-site installation, final acceptance, and user training


* Cooperate with the Industrialization team, R&D teams, and plant team to assist with production start-up and equipment reception


* Lead projects related to innovation, skills enhancement, and standards development in collaboration with counterparts in other Industrial Automation and Schneider Electric organizations
