Continuous Improvement Leader / Six Sigma Master Black Belt - Power products

The Continuous Improvement (CI) / Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is responsible for leading and mentoring the Power Products line of business in implementing Six Sigma methodologies and driving breakthrough improvement initiatives on existing offers.This role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams such as global supply chain, procurement, and engineering to enhance product competitiveness, optimize processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The CI MBB is a driver of change, solving some of the company's most complicated operational issue and improving the people competency.

This position will report to the global Quality head of Power Products.

Key Responsibilities


* Continuous Improvement Breakthrough Project Leadership: Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact Six Sigma projects that align with company goals and objectives.

Solve mission-critical issues by employing advanced problem-solving techniques and ensuring the use of industry-standard and best-practice methods.

Lead and support cost-of-poor-quality, warranty reduction efforts.


* Change Management:Act as a key partner to the business in change management initiatives and effectively communicate changes throughout the organization.

Ensure the portfolio of projects is well managed and stays on track.

Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for Six Sigma initiatives.

Six Sigma Training & Mentorship: Act as the Six Sigma Master resource of Power Products.

Mentor, coach, and train Black Belts, Green Belts, and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Deliver Six Sigma training programs for employees at all levels.



* Define the implementation of development of Six Sigma competencies within the organization.

Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

Strategic Development: Work closely with Global CI team to implement strategies ranging from basic problem-solving to advanced Black Belt projects.

Support the development and implementation of the line of business teams' application of continuous improvement.

Join the global thinktank representing Business unit.

Project management: Work in an international environment and able to drive breakthrough projects with commitment on results and deadlines.

Foster team cooperation.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.

Ensure tool compliance and project portfolio data integrity.

Requirements


* Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from ASQ or other certifying body


* Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
