(Senior) Project Engineer, BMS

Job responsibilities:


* Responsible for design, documentation, installation, testing, commissioning, and trouble-shooting for BMS system


* Develop technical document, such as points schedule, interfacing requirements, schematic and T&C procedures.


* Communication with clients, builders, main contractors, and the E&M interfacing parties or 3rd party system contractor


* Cost control on the agreed budget and well-handle the variation work.


* Provide excellent customer service and engineering support to clients


* Prepare the master programme and monitoring the project progress

Qualifications

Requirements:


* Bachelor's Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines


* With 3-5 years' relevant working experience, execution of BMS Projects with relevant experience in machine learning will be an advantage


* Familiar with BMS coordination work and interfacing protocol such as BacNet, Modbus, TCPIP etc.


* Knowledge in SQL Server, VM and Database application


* Excellent trouble shooting, program debugging and problem-solving skills


* Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
