Customer Advocate Engineer
What will you do?
* Ensure that complaints are resolved effectively,
* Drive Customer Focus for the plant,
* Continuously listen to Voice of Customer,
* Eliminate dissatisfaction by ensuring customer issues are well managed and ultimately prevented,
* Ensure a reliable process is operating to solve customer complaints fast and effectively,
* Escalate customer issues to the right organization whenever needed, and support collaborative resolution,
* Ensure all customer issues are regularly analysed in order to identify top issues and launch projects to prevent them,
* Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update,
* Collaborate with other organizations in order to contain, correct, and prevent problems affecting customers,
* Lead execution of containment actions for known problems,
* Monitor and analyse feedbacks coming from Customer Voice tool to proactively define a complete action plan to improve customer satisfaction.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
* Experience in Change Management & Implementation Methodology,
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
* Advanced knowledge of Quality improvement tools, techniques & models,
* Advanced expertise in statistical quality techniques and analysis,
* Proficient level of English language knowledge (C1),
* Excellent communication skills,
* High level of influencing and persuasion skills,
* Proactive problem resolution skills and result-oriented approach.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* University diploma acquired in technical field,
* 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry, pref in Quality,
* Experience in Change Management & Implementation Methodology,
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
* Advanced knowledge of Quality improvement tools, techniques & models,
* Advanced expertise in statistical quality techniques and analysis,
* Proficient level of English language knowledge (C1)
