Manager, Advanced Practice Provider Neonatology-Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware

Nemours is seeking an APP Manager to join our Neonatology team in Wilmington, Delaware!

The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is responsible for providing leadership for a team of Advanced Practice Providers within the Division of Neonatology and provides direct and indirect care to patients and their families within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and during interfacility transports.

The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is responsible for the following:


* Acts as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team.


* Responsible for planning, development, and utilization of human and material resources to meet departmental needs.


* Mentors and develops staff.


* Participates in departmental and hospital programs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications


* Appropriate APP licensure


* AHA BLS


* Previous Neonatal experience
