Field Accounting Clerk

Position Summary

Perform all duties necessary to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures.



* Process daily invoices and statements



* Verify Invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions for all goods and services.



* Confirm and obtain needed approvals



* Review reports and verify all records for processing and payment accuracy



* Maintain both electronic and non-electronic files



* Address and respond to all vendor inquiries



* Uphold professionalism in service to vendors and clients



* Perform other duties as assigned



* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office application skills



* Field Service, Maintenance project knowledge



* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks



* Strong time management and organizational skills



* Maintains the highest professional ethics and standards



* Compiles employees' time and production records, using calculator or computer



* Reviews timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness



* Computes total time worked by employees



* Posts time worked to master timesheet and routes timesheet to payroll department



* May pay employees



* May calculate time worked and units produced by piecework or bonus work employees



* May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance



* Additional responsibilities not listed may be required

Qualifications



* Minimum 2 years' experience (preferred)



* Strong organizational skills



* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office application skills



* Field Service, Maintenance project knowledge



* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks



* Strong time management and organizational skills



* Maintains the highest professional ethics and standards
