Job Title: Multifamily- Talent Acquisition Specialist
Supervisor: Manager of Talent Acquisition
Status: Exempt
Job Summary : We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, identify , screen, and hire candidates for various roles within the multifamily business at Harbor Group.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria with leadership from the Talent Acquisition Manager.
* Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Indeed , Glassdoor, and other professional networks
* Ensure that the Company's recruiting processes comply with OFCCP requirements.
* Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
* Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their resumes, portfolios, and online social media presence.
* Organize and attend hiring events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
* Maintain records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
* Ensure established recruiting processes are followed to ensure teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
* Ad here to established KPI's to ensure regional staffing needs are continuously met.
* Assist in d evis ing and implement ing sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiatives , to build pipelines for potential applicants.
* Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
* Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
Required skills and qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
* Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
* Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
* Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Indeed , and Glassdoor for candidate sourcing.
* Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A strong understanding of AI hiring techniques is preferred.
